Wissam Khabbazian is a licensed architect registered with ETEK (Reg. No. A227531), the Technical Chamber of Cyprus. This official accreditation confirms his qualifications to practice architecture professionally across Cyprus. ETEK ensures that all members meet high standards of competence, ethics, and continued development in the field.
