OUR STORY Omegazone Group has been a leading design and build company in Lebanon since its establishment in 2006, under the leadership of Wissam Khabazian. In 2019, we expanded our reach by relocating our base to Cyprus, capitalizing on the region's strategic location and business-friendly environment to drive our growth and excellence. We initially started with maintenance and site deep cleaning services in Cyprus and gradually expanded our operations. Over time, we became one of the first companies in the region to offer contracting services through Omegazone Building Construction Services.
Thanks to the trust of our clients, we grew further, and Wissam, as an architect registered with ETEK, founded Khabazian Architects in 2021, adding a dedicated design and engineering division to the group. In 2024, we took another major step with our partners by launching our property development company, Alemar CY Ltd, further solidifying our presence in the industry and continuing to deliver innovative solutions.

Behind The Name
Wissam Khabbazian is the Managing Director of Omegazone Group, which includes three subsidiaries: Omegazone Building Construction Services, Khabazian Architects, and AleMar Cy Property Development. With years of experience in Lebanon and the Middle East, Wissam brings a wealth of expertise in architecture, construction, and property development to the company. His leadership inspires continuous growth and excellence across all teams. Wissam empowers architects, engineers, and professionals to openly communicate ideas and collaborate, fostering innovation and driving success.
In addition to leading his teams, Wissam values clear, effective communication with clients, investors, and developers. His transparent, solution-oriented approach helps build strong relationships, ensuring all parties are aligned and confident in the vision and execution of each project. OUR VISION
We aim to change the way of cleaning by adopting Green standards that reduce chemical usage in residences and organizations. Our main cleaning and sanitizing product used in our services is Stabilized Aqueous Ozone (SAO™), a revolutionary product that is proven to be stronger than bleach yet free from chemicals. It kills up to 99.99% of bacteria and viruses, including enveloped viruses such as SARS-CoV-2 that causes COVID-19 and certified safe by world-leading governing bodies.

We offer our residential and commercial clients with a wide range of regular and deep cleaning services that can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly or on an occasional basis.
Being a Sub-Reseller of Ecotek (Main Regional Distributor for TERSANO products in Africa and the Middle East), we provide professionals in the market with The Lotus® Pro, a unique dispenser that converts cold tap water into Stabilized Aqueous Ozone (SAO), thus creating an instant and powerful cleaning solution that can be used in trigger sprays, carpet cleaners, scrubber dryers, mop buckets, laundry machines, and much more.
